A race of hydrogen and Power-to-X for robust transport decarbonisation
Following our success with previous webinars, on 17 February Hydrogen East will join the transport and hydrogen sectors together, making hydrogen “not only about the hydrogen sector”. This free to attend event will feature guest speakers from both sectors, delving into the need for cleaner fuel in the UK transport sector and present how hydrogen and its derivatives, such as e fuels via Power-to-X, could contribute to net zero transportation.
This event will deliver insight into the priority of alternative fuels for transport decarbonisation strategies, featuring guest speakers from Transport East, and present the role for hydrogen in each mode of transportation, before introducing the Power-to-X and e-fuels concept, as well as infrastructure and current developments in this field in European countries.
As an official partner of the UK’s first Hydrogen Week, Hydrogen East will provide insights into the clean hydrogen cluster in the East of England, innovative ideas on cross-sector system integration and routes for hydrogen application. The aim of Hydrogen Week, held between 13-19 February, is to bring stakeholders together across the UK to celebrate and promote the role of hydrogen in reaching net zero.
